Linking

The linking of the pages for the ICS web is hierarchical, and is derived from the packaging diagram.

In the above diagrams, each box refers to a link.

Whilst composing the linking specification, I realised that an index containing links to every page in the web would be a useful addition. This has been added to the objective statement and the web specification.
